SPV490 Boiler and Pressure Vessel steel Plate Descriptions:

Under steel standard JIS G3115,SPV490 owned the highest strength within these steel grades SPV235,SPV315,SPV355,SPV410 and SPV490 pressure vessel steel plates.The minimum yield strength shall be above 490Mpa and tensile strength shall be within 610-740Mpa. Ultrasonic test shall be done for boiler steel plate SPV490,our engineers suggest doing UT standard under ASTM A435/A435M or A577/A577M or A578/A578M which including level A,level B and level C.A578-C is the best level.Low temperature impacting test under minus 10 centigree shall be done for pressure vessel steel plates SPV490 when rolling also.
